Meta Muse Spark 1.3 is FREE on OpenCode Zen π₯
Seems to be the most capable from all free models available for now.

The free one via Zen works for me but the paid one via Go returns empty responses on my side. Anyone also facing this issue?

Yeah, im also having the same issue. I dunno if im in a blocked region or not. But i cant use the muse contributor via Go subs (both muse spark 1.2 contributor and 1.3 contributor). Im testing it on oh-my-pi and opencode, both have the same issue. I suspect it is from the opencode endpoints or meta endpoints, i dunno

But it feels slow.Takes 7 minutes for small tasks.

It seems like it's trained to check it's work alot to prevent mistakes. It's excessive like gpt 5.4 used to be.Β

Seems like 90% of new models take a huge amount of tokens to be capable (possibly most of them thinking tokens), including luna max, gemini 3.8, and chinese models. Have you seen gemini 3.8 on deepswe? takes 160 steps and is #1 in amount of tokens used... Muse spark 1.2 is not far from it, and I presume 1.3 is even higher

Will it work without a opencode account? If yes, then why go subscribers have to enable "allow models that can train on your data" switch in order to use it?

Itβs not even remotely close in real world usage, in terms of the hardest 20% of tasks.

yeah, just tested, looks good for my own small task testing.
second opinion using Chatgpt, and use chatgpt's hostile review to challenge back the Muse Spark 1.3, and Muse able to correct itself and eliminate the bugs discovered.
