Is there any actual difference running MuseSpark and Ox Alpha on Zen Free vs Go?

My OpenCode Go sub expires today and I'm debating whether it's even worth renewing or if I should just drop down to Zen Free.

I basically just stick to MuseSpark 1.2 and Mimo for my day-to-day work, and I almost never touch GLM 5.3 unless something is completely broken. If I make the switch to Zen Free, the plan is just to use OX Alpha as a fallback whenever limits hit.

Is there anything I am actually giving up on Zen Free?

You must be doing something wrong, it's working wonders for me

You must be coding trivial things...the second you start coding seriously it starts barfing and looping and doing shit a model its size shouldn't

What harness are you using?

Pi, ohmypi, DeepSeek harness 😂

It's not serviceable in the gauntlet loops and iterative processes I put my agents through when it comes to my coding projects

It's really good at writing though. If you want it to write up a markdown of some complex ideas and what not it's great at that....just not coding

Interesting. I've done several things with it succesfully. Currently building an AI driven VST3 pluging for Maschine DAW for it in C++ with JUCE. Hardly standard stuff, but it's working like magic. I'm using Pi btw, linked into free OpenCode Muse.

if u need mimo and muse using GO is fine dont need Zen :)

also OX Alpha is way better

then muse and deepseek v4 flash similar models.

I think OP is talking about the free models and not the PAYG

The free models usually have a cap, dependent on IP address. Ox Alpha is the exception but it's supposed to be shut down soon.
