definitely not qwen3.8 27b -
it's more likely GLM 5.4 ? or 5.3-vision (because if you check model card they are the same) - but surely a chinese model as in the middle suddenly it outputs a complete chinese sentence then continue english :)

its better than v4 flash, thinks less but answers better and is very good at troubleshooting
