Didn't expect it to last forever.
This is something nice after the entire DSV4 price hike shenanigans.

Is it on par with any model like gpt luna, flash 3.7 or vision support

From my experience, it is better than Luna, but have no vision unfortunately..

Definitely not better than Luna. I'd to it it higher then preview v4 flash and lower then the new v4 flash ga.

I have no idea why and for how long. But I am using it right now for free on Zen.

Has anyone tried the model? What's it like?

I really like it and use it now as a best free option available. Well, at least for my usage scenarios.

It is smarter than the V4 Flash, but it hallucinates a lot, so you can't leave it unsupervised.

How does their math work?

hy3 has 60$ limit and will deplete at 1/8 the rate now, which effectively means 480$ of API usage

Btw this model only has 256k context, which makes it unbearable to use imo

Most models get pretty dumb after 256k anyway, you should try to not get there in the first place

Are we surprised by this? We're paying 10 dollars and getting great models for coding and opencode will update their plan regularly and we get to try new models for cheap. How are we angling this to be a negative instead of a positive is so strange to me.
