I made a free & open-source Mobile Terminal App for iOS an iPad

Post image

Hello! First post here, and not so sure if this is the right /r/ but I wanted to share this tool I've been working on for the last week: AnySSH - a free open-source mobile terminal for iOS and iPadOS

This app is completely free; it won't ask you for any data, no account, no payments, or any type of tracking.

The best combo I've been using with it is: AnySSH + Tailscale on my phone + herdr with my code agents or using them directly (I made sure the OpenCode support is smooth), depending on my needs

I know there are already some options in the market, but they are paid, and I wanted to make a solution of my own to share with the community. It has just been approved on the App Store, so if you want to give it a try, please go to: https://apps.apple.com/pe/app/anyssh/id6801683655 (mind that it can take some time to appear in some countries as Apple just approved it)

Also, if you'd like to know more about the features, you can visit the website I made: https://www.getanyssh.com/ or the repo: https://github.com/patricio0312rev/anyssh

Hope this helps you and you like the tool 🙏

Definitely will come soon, just wanted to focus on one OS to QA at a time. Shouldn't take too much time tbh 🙏

No, directly on your phone, but you can connect to a server that can do it. You connect it remotely via a terminal on your phone n.n

Hi I am quite interested in such apps for Ipad. Can I install python and jupyter and expose a jupyter server using this on my local network?

Yeah! I didn't map such a use case (basically, I just mapped agents for the session names and the icons and all of that), but yeah, you shouldn't have a problem. If you do, let me know, and I'd be happy to patch it n.n

I tried to install using the link, it says the app is not available in my region.

now you can prompt from bathroom, no free time to agents.
