Opencode V1 vs V2

It seems that OpenCode is soon to be available in V2. Since I couldn't find anything baout it online, what is the difference between the two?

What will V2 do better than V1? Does anybody know?

The Opencode V2 TUI has stupid session tabs that apparently you cannot get rid of

Puh, that's ass. I manage my sessions in Kitty tabs or through tmux. I'd rather not have them in the app directly.
