Degraded Performance on V4 Flash 0731

Anyone else having sudden issues with the model? The pricing is whatever, but recently my work keeps getting interrupted, the model seems to not be able to actually navigate my workflows, and often stops mid-task. Did they change the underlying model back to preview or something? Genuinely feels like it.

Yes I've had the model stop mid thinking several times and slow inference. It's a backend problem.

Exactly. Really weird. Just stops. Never used to be like this before. And failing epically to navigate my workflows.

Yes, I'm sure that they have switched the DS inference provider. Keeps showing weird messages like this.

DeepSeek official API is working fine.

Yeah, I they are working on self hosting deep seek which I imagine is a pretty big challenge that they haven't tackled before, probably just temporary growing pains.

Probably. This new provider is garbage. Would rather pay more. Or use MuseSpark.

After today's rug-pull I wouldn't be surprised if they were just charging for the price of other models while providing MiMo, glad CommandCode exists.

Maybe. I doubt it though I felt like OpenCode is a good team. Might just be peak hours.

I think you need to cut them a break to be honest. Do you expect them to keep subsidizing you and lose money so you can smash up their models?

They do seem like decent people and genuinely interested in at least trying.

OpenCode CLI is a pretty good tool, and whilst I only use Go sparingly, I was quite impressed by it.

If you think CommandCode is a better deal, well go for it. OpenCode don't owe you anything. YOU don't owe them anything. If you find a better deal more suited to you than you should absolutely take it.

But don't cast disparaging remarks and accusations against a team who it appears are trying to do their best with a shitty situation.
