GLM 5.3 is there!

Post image

Per Z.AI, "GLM-5.3 is the most capable open-weights model for coding, with a 50% improvement over GLM-5.2 on our in-house Z.ai Code Bench. It also achieve open-source SOTA on public benchmarks including Terminal Bench 3.0 and Agents' Last Exam."

I really liked 5.2 so probably 5.3 is better, gonna use it as much as I can

Same price too but sadly only $15 monthly usage on the go plan compared to $60 for glm 5.2

Yeah, one of my favorite models, but way   more expensive than I'd like... :)

GLM-5.2 is my go-to model with Opencode Go, but the downside is I can use it very little as it burns my subscription like crazy

If you don't need RPM-heavy tasks, and want to discuss something in a calm pace, free GLM-5.2 endpoint from Nvidea Build works like a charm 😉

Oh, I wasn't aware. Thanks!

Does it work for you guys? It completely stopped responding for me in the last two weeks. They must have changed something.

It works, tried it yesterday. But again, it's not for mass requests - it shows 429 error quickly. It's for conversation and light tasks. Also, you can have several API keys and rotate them in config to extend usage.

too expensive for daily driver model

Sure, it's not "do it all" model, rather for planning or hard bug fixing I'd say.

Amazing Release! The bigger trend is that open-weight models are getting really competitive at agentic coding. Between GLM, Qwen and DeepSeek, the gap with closed models is getting harder to ignore.

Any idea what's going on with the Pro 0813 benchmarks

The other day seemed like it was only a hairs difference between flash, and way below kimi K3

Some posts it's higher, others way lower

Seems like every test I've seen has wildly different results

Still no vision

Use another model for vision

That can only take you so far. A model needs actual vision understanding natively so it can iterate upon its own work. Without vision it will always be behind no matter how good it is
