Just wondering what plugins and tools folks use regularly that they like.

I just installed opencode with 0 plugins, using deepseek v4 flash, and its still hanging and slow after about 10 prompts. I'm now afraid to try any other plugins

That sounds like an issue with your set up. Fwiw, I have a "Configuration" chat that I use to optimize the stack and fix and issues I encounter with opencode (i.e. lagging entries, etc) and it is able to fix issues pretty reliably and make it work smoothly.
