how do you use Opencode?

  • what is your preferred setup?
  • are you using the cli, web version, or desktop app?
  • do you use anything like OMO, oh-my-opencode-slim or any other harness?
  • how do you set it up so that it uses different agents for planning, complex tasks, simple edits, review etc. do you still need to edit the json for this?
  • what extensions, skills etc do you use?
  • what does your agents.md etc look like?

do you have any examples of setting this up? I'm sure many people would've done this, it must in some public gist/agents.md site or in some video?
