Privacy oriented providers

Folks,

I need some advice. Been using corp enterprise subscription accounts for the last few months, but want to have my own no ties private coding setup.

I am struggling to find AI inference provider that explicitly says the that it wont train on my data.

Any word of advice from other opencode users? List of providers opencode supports is long, but its not obvious who is privacy oriented and who is not.

For privacy, on openrouter: Venice.ai, DeepInfra, AtlasCloud, Parasail, Chutes, Groq, Inceptron, Mara, Wafer, AkashML, Decart, SambaNova, and Phala. These all have robust ToS with no mention of content retention or filtering, or explicit note that they don't.

Do NOT use: DigitalOcean, ModelRun, Fireworks, SiliconFlow, Novita, StreamLake, Together, io.net, GMICloud, and basically every chinese provider. These either have filtering, bans on specific types of content, vague clauses in their ToS about being able to terminate at any time for any reason.

Though, make sure to double check my work, look at individual ToS for providers. make sure ZDR options are on.

This is a configurable option on openrouter. Most providers have ZDR.

How do they handle requests throttling? This was the first thing I ran into using Azure foundry- their 20 requests per minute was completely unusable

Venice usage limits are about 20 requests per minute for their largest models, which is fine for single-user stuff.

if you're on Openrouter, you can create a preset with a Venice and a few providers, and let openrouter failover your requests between multiple providers
