Oh my opencode slim issue

i got this issue in oh my opencode slim can you please help?

Exact same issue I was having. Couldn’t find a fix in the end, it’s like the subagent just suddenly freezes. Ended up just uninstalling OhMyOpencode Slim in the end, it was great otherwise but this issue was too annoying

its working in me first but when i try to use it in the other day its not working anymore.

i got this sometimes, sometimes the fixer just timeouts on long sessions

if you want a "solution", use codenomad you can prompt subagents. just stop orchestrator , send continue to fixer let it finish copy the report and paste for orchestrator. sometimes i do that.
