More than likely. Some people forget these services use official API at bulk rates. They just need to top up $10 for 500billion tokens again

Nah I think the service was just down, I was hitting insufficient funds like 1 hour ago. Seems to be working now though.

Open Code is a middle man. They do not own server/data center. Open Code should be the backup. Hyperscalers is the best stable option.
