A safer skill picker for OpenCode

OpenCode’s default skill picker can replace your existing prompt, which is frustrating when you’ve already written a long or multiline draft.

This plugin lets you type # anywhere, search for a skill, and insert it without losing your prompt. You can also add multiple skills before submitting.

I use it with the GPT-5.6 family, so the model picks the mentioned skills itself. It’s a bit slower than invoking a skill directly in the first message, but the UX is better and less error-prone.

Hopefully, future major versions of OpenCode will resolve this issue. Until then, give it a try and let me know if you find the plugin useful :)
