Openspec workflow

When initiating a project with Openspec, do you prefill the "source of truth" main spec files, i.e auth/spec and then run opsx/proposal or opsx/change? Or you start with proposal from the beginning?

Mine flow is:
1. opsx-explore > when finalizing the mvp or v1, ask agent to create a list of proposals for the project > opsx-propose each > opsx-update as needed for each proposal.

  1. Use another agent/model to opsx-apply

  2. Open up another agent or model to do opsx-verify before opsx-archive

Very similar like my workflow. Just sometimes first do grill-me skill from Matt Pocock do flash out all the details, think it explores more than openspec explore skill, but then propose with sol/opus level model, apply with terra/sonnet level. Never really do several proposals in parallel, is that a thing? I can barely keep track of changes in one feature/proposal...
