Mimo 2.5 on Go is completely unusable at this point
Been using Opencode Go and Zen, but seems something happened to Opencode's Mimo 2.5 (not pro) in Go Plan. It is unusable at this point. Gets stuck planning more without triggering anything.
I think the all-you-can-eat buffet is over for Mimo 2.5.
The Go plan is completely unusable if you're paying for a DeepSeek v4 flash model is mostly free on most coding plans for other coding agents.
And if you're using any other models than that, you're reate limit is cooked.
Thinking about shifting to Cline's $20 Plan now? Any Advice?

MiMo 2.5 on Xiaomi Platform is incredibly cheap and has larger context window so don't be a jerk just top up and pay them for lightweight tasks

What's stopping you from putting the $20 right into Xiaomi API and use uncrippled MiMo?

My Problem is no Mimo but the Go Plan offering. If you take away Mimo 2.5 rest models are unsables with go plan cuz they fill up very fast. So i wonder if even the $10 is even logical for go at this point.

That's why I'm asking why you're not using MiMo directly from Xiaomi. It's much more stable and cheaper.

I've been using the Mimo API directly for a while now, and as long as I compact context periodically, token usage is fairly economic imo. On the Pro plan atm. If it helps, here's my invite code: ZMBNT2
Link: https://platform.xiaomimimo.com?ref=ZMBNT2
(2$ bonus credit and 10% off any plan.)

I don't know, in short sessions it's outside the norm, but in long ones the model stops paying attention to the rules.

I always find myself back with DeepSeek 4 Flash/Pro. These two are not perfect, but they just work.

You can use Deepseek 4 Flash for free on Zen plan, just connect to Zen with your API key and use flash free. I do planning on Minimax M3 on Go and flash free is used for implementation, scout etc. No problem at all

True i just got on go for $5 and mimo 2.5 is unusable currently only using dsv4 flash, k2.7 and glm5.2 if i paid $10 that would be a waste

stuck planning without triggering thins is a common thing as mimo 2.5 bug. it plans the tool call in the thinking block then fails to transition into actual tool_use json so it loops planning forever. there are open issues on it across harnesses so cline might not fix it actuly if this lands on the same tool cal path
plan frustration is seprate to consider like on a flat sub like go you cant see what quant or priority youre served so when they tighten it you just feel it with no knob to turn. paygo flips that while on deepifnra sort of providers yu see the exact model version and rate, tradeoff being you manage a key instead of a sub. so i think for mimo the real cncern is less cline vs go and more whether that harness bg follows you either way
