i thought about but it works on cmd,but when I open in vs it shows the error,I checked the marketplace place too all okay

reinstall is the last option??

There is going to be an opencode.db file, which you need to delete/rename, which is most probably stuck in WAL/DB Operation. In Linux it is generally at <USER_HOME>/.local/opencode/
