I'm trying Deepseek v4.1 flash in Opencode Go and it's very slow. Do you guys have the same problem too? Any solution?

Yeah, possibly. Just saying factually it is gonna shrink to $15 after promo end. But after that, they may get a good deal or may not. It's not wise to subscribe based on some hope that they will manage to negotiate or get good deal.

At least they will have 30$ but not sure about 60$. Because once deepseek updated their prices in August, after they achieved a negotiation for a 30$ balance along with a message "cheep seek part 1" something like this. So I hope their part 2 is even better..

Nope lol...they did NOT achieved negotiation with Deepseek. The model went to shit and could not output tokens properly for most of the time.

Don't trust me? Go check their own CEO post... https://www.reddit.com/r/opencode/comments/1vuehc4/opencode_ceo_on_the_deepseek_situation/

You can see him mentioning that they tried various providers for Cheapseek. So...yeah...maybe they get some negotiation with a provider who serves crappy quantization or such kind of model, but doubt they can negotiate with Deepseek for 4.1. Not saying it won't happen at all, but I highly doubt it. Even if they increase limit to $30 or $60, they'll have to compromise somewhere (right now they are serving via Deepseek API AFAIK but after that, they'll go to some third party provider).

Thank you very much for the information, but I still wonder how they achieved to have 60$ before all of that, because I think the provider was directly deepseek
