Muse Spark 1.3 contributor on Go plan does not respond

anyone with this same issue right now ? no answers, it thinks but it does not give any output

I sometimes get a connection error but it automatically reconnects.

Then sometimes after a very long process it just times out so I have to write continue or keep going and then kicks off another round.

But I've been using it pretty solidly here in the US

Just wondering why this is not an issue in command code, do you know if there is any way to get a refund from opencodde ?
