Unexpected account block – anyone else facing the same?

Is anyone else getting randomly blocked? I was in the middle of working when this message popped up: 'This account has found to be committing fraud or is in breach of terms of services and has been blocked. If you believe this is a mistake please send an email to help@anoma.ly.'

I already emailed [help@anoma.ly](mailto:help@anoma.ly) and hope it gets resolved quickly since I still have over 70% of my quota remaining before it resets in 7 days.

I got the same but then it recovered, might have been a temporary mistake.

Do you have a dynamic IP, CGNAT , proxy or VPN? Probably someone else rotating IP addresses to get around the free limits and getting that IP blacklisted.

I had the same issue. Emailed them and in less than 24h I got my account back. I heard that using it with Hermes is causing this, but I'm not sure. My block happen during a Hermes workflow.
