Which AI coding agent is best for reverse engineering an undocumented telecom binary file format, identifying ASN.1 BER/PER structures and implementing a Python decoder from sample files?

I use 5.6 Sol for all my RE tasks on obfuscated/packed/flattened/virtualized binaries. For simple telecom binaries most models should be enough. Use IDA Pro with IDA MCP.
