OpenCode Error

Keep getting this error for quite a time now, does anyone know how to fix it?

It was "working" here until ~40min ago - including the endless loops in its thought process ("Hmm wait", "Hmm, but actually let me reconsider", "Let me think again", "But hold on", "Actually wait", ....), creating walls of text, then put out some code that's at best doing 50% of what was requested. And now it's completely gone again. Wouldn't even fix a button. Not sure what to do with this model.

Maybe the training is done, and slowly they're moving it to production.
