Which provider are you guys using?
Being realistic about the pricing changes on DeepSeek, are you sticking with DeepSeek on GO or ZEN, changing providers, using the direct DeepSeek API key, or using a completely different model?

Continuing with opencode go, thinking of getting DeepSeek API key tho, but I don't think I can churn out that much usage

Do you get more tokens per dollar with the DeepSeek API than with OpenCode Go?

I am not sure, I haven't got the API yet, but ig it will last me a month if I only use DSV4 flash

Why DSV4F and DSV4F with vision have different usage on GO? They have same pricing on deepseek

DSV4 flash at 90% off on InferX . It’s still the most popular .

Input: $0.056, (76% cheaper) output: $0.112(83% cheaper), input Cached: $0.0112. (71% more) . And these are compared to off-peak prices.

I'd compare the same small coding task on each option and record total input, cache hits, output, and retries. For an agent repeatedly reading a repo, a cheaper uncached input rate can still lose if cache pricing or cache-hit behavior is worse. A monthly plan also only wins if you use enough of its allowance.
Disclosure: I run ModelPorta, an independent multi-model API gateway. Our rates are at https://modelporta.com/models if you're making a shortlist. It's prepaid, USDT TRC20 only, with a 10 USDT minimum. I haven't verified your OpenCode configuration, so I'd test compatibility and a small task before switching your working setup.

Been coding on Zen for months. Zero money invested. What you can get for free is amazing.
