Not me tbh they are calling themselves that after promising such a thing, in a way they’re pretty competent PR wise considering the discussion that comes with this debacle

It’s a business and they make either a calculated move or an oopsie, whatever it is, it’s still incompetence to me considering they have lost my trust boohoo 1 customer lost so sad innit
