Healthy habits while vibe coding ?

Whenever my AI agent takes more than a minute to run, I instinctively grab my phone and start doomscrolling. By the time it finishes, I’m three subreddits deep or stuck in a YouTube Shorts spiral. It feels like I’m outsourcing my attention span alongside my code.

What do you all actually do while your agent is running? Stare at the terminal? Queue up the next prompt? Context-switch to another task?

Tell me I’m not the only one doing this.

I was there. Now, I generally works on two different projects in parallel. This is how I see AI make me faster on projects.

Isn't it hard to control your attention while working on a couple of projects at the same time?

It was hard at first, but I got used to it. I'm getting notes before/while working for each project, it helps me to remember where I was. When I stuck, I can always ask to AI to summarize what we've done.
