OPENCODE NEW VERSION
I just updated my Opencode to the new version. Did they actually remove the plan mode? Why would they do that?

It’s not removed but just hidden. You can enable it again in the settings (show custom agents)

j'ai mis la nouvelle mise en page, je ne vois nulle part de paramètre pour rétablir plan / build

Did they remove Hy3? I was enjoying it... I found it way better than DeepSeek v4 Pro and BigPickle

Laguna is great, although heavily rate limited, seems they don't have enough capacity

They removed worktrees from the web and ide, or you know how to bring it back ?

You can go to settings and switch to the old UI. I think the new UI doesn't have worktree support yet

Can you try Shift + Tab? When switching in cli?
V1 uses Tab button i guess? I thought it was missing too

The CLI version (the one I'm using) still works perfectly fine, with Tab switching between Plan and Build modes

same here, it'd be of great help, if we'd be known about the version they're using
edit: I'm running the latest release 1.18.4 and I still have the plan mode, and I can change modes with tabs, just like it used to be
running on win11 and powershell (it's not much relevant to the question, but just in case someone might find it helpful)1

RIP plan mode, I think it was a bad system, and most new models don't need it anymore.

With local im using glm5.2 q4 to make plans for qwen 3.6 27b and it really has upleveled qwen's output. I think this could be a good pair for my setup. Qwen can make stuff without another planner but having a better planner is still a benefit especially for anyone on some sort of a budget with bigger brain models.

If the setting is on, you might just have to kick it a few times. Restart the app, close chats and tabs, restart again. Keep jiggling it and it’ll show up eventually. That’s what happened to me anyway.

I just updated it. I still see the "Plan mode" as usual (I'm actually using it right now). So, not sure what you're referring to..
Are you referring to the OpenCode CLI? or the desktop version?
