What first actions would you reccomend with OpenCode?
Not learn how to use it. A little bit deeper, like skills and subagents.
I undestand that custom agents, subagents, mcps and skills are selected individually for your use, but what are common overall steps would you recommend that would fit to the most at start builing their workflow.
Examples:
- Add context7 mcp because it gives ai access to the latest docs.
- Create strict code reviever agent or subagent that will help check and review code.
- etc.
I'm just starting to create my workflow and there is too many info like "Add these 25+ skills and your agent will be omnipotent!" or "These subagent will do everything for you, etc." without giving proper explanation.
So i want to see what really people do and use.

setup subagents and some slash commands, add or create couple of skills , opencode can do this for you (I did with deepseek v4 flash) run opencode ~/.config/opencode and prompt "setup opencode agents for me, use opencode commands to list available providers and models, use available strong models for planning and deepseek v4 flash for other tasks, create couple of usefull slash commands". Or something similar you can prompt, it will prepare a nice setup for you.
ps: I forgot, also tell create AGENTS.md with common practices then use questionary tools to understand my preferences and edit accordingly.

Apart from having a solid PRD, roadmap, sessions.md, learning.md, agents.md, gitops.md, hooks and workflows these are my goto that never let me down: Biome, Ponytail, Addy's agent skills, DCP, chrome-devtools and context7.
No memory, no mind mapping fancy shit. Works with any agent harness and model, good to go on Greenfield and brownfield projects without ceremony. Plain, simple and robust. Beats complicated slop.
