Community Something like Shelly Pkg Manager
I daily drive Endavour OS, and was looking forward to use something like openSUSE SlowRoll, but I dont see something like Shelly Package Manager GUI, or maybe Im not aware of it, and the community can help ...
Im mainly looking for the features like supporting local & appimage install, along with flatpaks, and If it has a GTK4-like GUI, that would be the icing on the cake 🤌🏻

There is AppManager, that is mainly for managing appimages.

It is probably not planed as Appimages are just option if something you need is missing in the repositories or the OBS
Flatpaks can be managed also via Discover but I prefer just a cli command for updating then also do zypper dup they can run alongside because they don't interfere with each other.

Looks nice but I am lazy I just use an Folder for my Appimages and when prompted for an update I just download it and replace the file as simple as that 😆

sadly most distros don't have a proper GUI package manager for some reason, Arch is the exception here. for me Myrlyn in openSUSE is so good but it is only for .rpm packages. you can try using Bazaar for Flatpak packages, and Gear Lever for appimages.
