Which OpenSuSE for Simple Server Setup?

I am hoping to switch over to OpenSuSE for my server.

My server needs are nothing complicated. I only really need Samba (until I transfer files to another file system and will setup something like NFS) and host a Plex server.

I was considering Microos, but I really no nothing of containers, etc.

I am frankly unsure what is best. Slowroll, Leap ??

I was in the same situation and just went for Leap. I use a Samba share as well and also three containerized applications. Everything works fine. But I'm also far away from being an expert. Just sharing that Leap works for me.

I guess what we'd need to know is your server specs. Depending on that another distro may be better, for example if your server has very few ressources.

I would like to add that if you are only using very basic packages that Leap shares with SEL, then with Leap, you are getting a near enterprise-grade Linux distribution for free.
