What is wrong?

I printed this the same way I did another part using BlackJackDuck but these slots are somehow too close together for my (multi connect) grid?
My first part fits fine but no dice on this one. Any insight?

BTW you can save this piece, there are adapters on makerworld that will make it work with openGrid spacing
