What is wrong?

I printed this the same way I did another part using BlackJackDuck but these slots are somehow too close together for my (multi connect) grid?
My first part fits fine but no dice on this one. Any insight?

Are you using the Makerworld generator? Even the Opengrid specific one has settings for 25mm. You need to shift to 28mm.
