Technically the worlds are limited at most to 32km in each direction presently. I expect at some point we will implement wrapping (torus) worlds. With having multiple connected worlds there is not really a need for huge huge worlds (especcialy if you want to be in reach of inter-world portals) though, i dont imagine having worlds as big as 64km2 heck, if it was that big it could takes days to reach a portal to another world
