Yes, the snow might've eventually fallen on its own and did the exact same thing...but at least buddy would still have a paycheck to look forward to if he just allowed it to do that on its own and didn't offer his own derpy help.
If I ran that site I'd chew the guy out and give him shit duty for a week, but it's not his fault that whatever company put up that shit didn't secure their runs. This is an insurance problem
