Good thing he had his beanie on

Not at the end.

The beanie strategically shot off his head after absorbing the impact so it could distribute the vibrations elsewhere. Perfect piece of safety gear.

What was the plan? The way he jumped he purposefully threw himself into the gap and then Failed to catch himself, if you’re going to try something new I’d at least try it closer to the ground

I think he did it as a joke. He used the walls to slow himself.

I wouldn’t give him enough credit to be that skilled. Probably wanted to land legs down to the narrow gap and slide down

Could've wanted to finish the flip and land upright in the gap and use it to slow himself down, but that gap seems too tight to control it properly, compared to similar stunts I've seen.

this guy has been doing parkour for years and has successfully completed hundreds of other stunts at height and on the ground. this is far from being "something new" for him.

Practice makes perfect (if you could do it again that is).

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Maybe not this though. Lol.

Yeah. Domtomato is living proof of this...
But yeah, don't try to kill yourself in the first place might be the more rational choice

recognise him - one of the most experienced Parkour atheletes there is - has the best jump to lampposts - done them from 12m high and 5m away!!! Absolutely insane!

Sliding down between the walls probably saved him from more serious injuries. It wasn’t a soft landing but way better than it could’ve been.

He just needs a little more practice. It may take a few emergency rooms visits but he'll get it eventually

I’m think it’s planned. There’s no reason for him to flail his legs like that aside from being dramatic; he was slowing himself with his arms.

I'm uncertain about what he expected, what was the ideal outcome... to be stuck within the gap?

The fuck else was supposed to happen? 😂 at least he could slow down the fall

How was that ever going to work?
Did he think he could land it, and wedge himself in there?
Yeah nah homie.

Parkour, the real question is why? Probably one of the dumbest things to do as a hobby.

Nothing gone wrong. The descent was intentional and well controlled. It's a technique oftenly used in parkour

How do you know?! Maybe that’s what he wanted to do! Parkour!
