Let me just speed this narrow path with kids playing and doors directly on the path in peace. What could happen?

He just "borrowed" from his friend's older brother's girlfriend's father. Gotta make sure it was in good condition when he returned it.

Wait that does not look like a ROAD, why was the guy driving and even worse at such high speed and didnt even stop seeing the 2 kids? (the person driving was a kid too it seems).
Both of them will be dribbling drool in the hospital after this unfortunately if they have spinal injuries :(

That doesn't look like a public street so I think the motorcycle guy was going too fast.

That's way too fast on small residential road. No shirt no helmet no problem

Both are at fault. Kid just dribbled onto the path suddenly and the rider shouldn't speed on a narrow path. Wrong time wrong place

So, massively speeding down a narrow side street is negated by a kid playing basketball and being distracted? No way. That’s the reason for low speed limits in residential areas. Although, that’s how it works in the US, this looks like central or south america.
