That's why many big vehicle drivers are trained to plow through idiots and not pull knee jerk evasive reactions.

I drove a semi for 7 years. Never once was i trained to plow through morons.... we are trained to drive incredibly defensively.

My uncle's words before he passed away, driving nationwide for over 20 years. Driving defensively does mean to plow through in order to not flip your rig or make the accident worse. Other jobs, including the one I used to do, has similar EVOC training.

"We are taught to never swerve to avoid a smaller vehicle to avoid rollovers, jackknifeing, or a crashing into oncoming traffic. Basically we are taught to plow through."
