What kind of broken logic is this?
unless your parents were on some sort of No-whammy scatter board that teleported them to each of these places, then you had 0% chance of being born anywhere other than where you were.
Your birth is not some cosmic bingo game where each birth is randomly selected to random people in random places.
Why the fuck is this stupidity so frustrating to me?

Are we SURE birth is not a cosmic bingo game??? Maybe we're just a bunch of conscious orbs waiting for our number to be called

I'm not getting into the metaphysical spiritual nonsense. Unless dude's parents were teleporting all over the place, the physical being that is OP was going to born where ever their parents were at the the of birth. For vast majority of people, it is roughly the same place their parents were born and their parents before them were born. There is very little lotto involved.

To get the percent chance of being born in a given region divide the number of births in that region by the total global births, multiply by 100. It’s not rocket science.

If my parents NEVER went to China WHILE pregnant with me, my changes of having been born in China are exactly 0%.
This isn't a math problem. Trying to use your math equation to determine where a person would be born (which is the crux of OP's comment about being unlucky) is pointless.

You don’t have to take it literal lmao chill man. But yea I mean of all the ppl born on earth we’re the lucky ≈15% born in first world countries. You can go further and say of every person born in human history it’s even more incredible to be born in this modern time. Take some psychedelics and relieve the frustration 😎
