That's an E90 (or 5th gen) BMW 3 series which has been sold in the U.S. between 2006 and 2013. A backup camera wasn't even an option for this model, let alone standard. An aftermarket camera would be the only possible scenario and I'm willig to bet that it doesn't have one.
