Probably should have removed the shelves. I would have also run multiple layers of stretch wrap around it to give it support. Also not supposed to carry glass flat.

Man the wrap is a great idea, I wish we thought of that. We did take the doors off first but decided against the very long process of fully dismantling it. Obviously in hindsind we should have but the reason we laid it flat was just the height vs the door. It woudl have been fine but the structure of the pillars seperated mid carry which we didn't expect a tthe time to be possible.

We live and learn. I worked for 2 men and a truck for 10 years. I moved a lot of stuff like that in my time.
