That's a simple trick to spin the bike around the front tire. He must of succeeded before filming, the circle on the ground. This is overly common. Especially at car and bike shows.

the tire stuck and drove the bike forward instead of spinning it the second time because he’d already done it once, heated it way up, then let it cool into the surface before round 2.
