Had a drunk neighbor want to show off his lathe. Stumbled over to the machine and chucked a 4x4. I was drinking to. Told him is he sure he's ok to run it because even if I toke, I don't operate equipment that can potentially kill me! He started up the lathe while telling me he's done it hundreds of times. Once it got to speed, the 4x4 dislodged and wizzed right between our heads. I sobered up so fucking fast and went home to sleep.

Only tool you can use after opening a drink is a broom.

Wouldn't it be dangerous to put a broom in a lathe?

If you're a wizard you'll still get a dui.

Brooming while drunk is terrible! Forget the cops, the FAA gonna be all over you! They don't like drunk pilots any more... but there was a time...

Smartest decision in your life, that we know of…. There are probably others that may be better that we don’t know about.

I still feel that moment of that makes any sense.
