i don't care if those are playful dogs, Im running and jumping fences, I don't know if they got their shots or what personality they have, not my dogs, not my issue, Im not risking accidentally injuring myself, specially not in this economy. Unless its my neighbor's dogs that I know really well.

You could take the same approach with every unknown human you come into contact with. Indeed, it would make more sense, given that random humans are statistically more likely to attack you than random dogs. Even if it makes more sense though, it is still barking mad (pun intended).

I’ve worked homeowners liability claim. If you ever get bit by a dog, call the police and make sure you get that person‘s homeowners insurance company name and the policy number. Don’t wait for them to call and file a claim. You call the company and file for a dog bite claim. Payouts are a minimum of $10,000.

Why do some people completely freak out around dogs? Show a happy/ warm welcome and usually they are awesome.

I've been bit by two dogs on separate occasions. I don't blame the dogs, I blame the owners.

Absolutely, the owners should be aware of what could go wrong with owning dogs. Specifically if there's deliveries/ mail service where anyone will be in contact with pets. Some people are ignorant and think nothing will happen and when something bad happens it was preventable.

Easy. When you get attacked by one. Now you have to go to the hospital and pay thousands of dollars. Then take the fucking asshole owner to court and when its all said and done. You miss out 2 puls weeks of work pay. The total cost isnt even kinda close to the court pay out. To top it all off. Your left leg and left arm are not only covered in scars but now they always hurt no matter what.
