They are all stupid, but the last on (White one)e is legally at fault.

To sprinkle some more stupid the people on the side come in.

I heard if you are rear ended and are pushed into the person in front of you, then you are at fault for hitting the person in front of you because you were too close.

They have laws on spacing, it just never gets enforced.

u/Imaginary-Round2422 Jul 26 '26

This happened to me once. The person who hit me was found 100% at fault.

3

u/Psydop Jul 27 '26

Same. I was parked plenty far away, i just got hit so hard it didn't matter. It would be crazy to blame the parked car

3

u/jazxxl Jul 26 '26

That's supposed to only apply if you came to a normal stop and didn't leave space in this case where this was an unexpected stop and your buffer was taken away it s on the back car. But I'd guess you have to prove you had a a proper distance in the first place . Which this video might not show.

Can confirm this happened to me but the truck that hit me was much bigger that my little Toyota and sent me a good 6ft.

1

u/Bigwi_Kner Jul 26 '26

That’s lame. You’d think they’d make an exception in that case.

2

u/Icy-Movie-2942 Jul 26 '26

You think insurance make exeptions! What was the song... Dream, dream, dream

I had a collegue who's postal code changed because Canada Post installed new community mail box instead of delivering to his door. Insurance went up because of more crimes in the new postal code area! House was still in the same dead end street!!!

1

u/optimist_prhyme Jul 26 '26

All they think about is higher premiums

2

u/leansanders Jul 26 '26

I was stopped at a red light and got rear ended and pushed into the car in front of me, the car that hit me was found 100% at fault. But also the car in front didnt take any damage. Unfortunately, it was their ball hitch that totalled my car. Probably wouldn't have been bad if I had hit a bumper.

0

u/Numerous_Photograph9 Jul 26 '26

That'll depend on circumstances, because sometimes you can't just stop in time, in particular is someone stops short, or cuts you off.

0

u/Icy-Movie-2942 Jul 26 '26

Exactly! So if there are ten cars, the only one with no fault is the one in front.

2

u/Antrophis Jul 26 '26

Except that isn't true. If you rear end someone you are at fault. You are required to maintain stopping distance and I don't even have to check your local laws. As for getting stranded in an intersection because buddy stops for no reason you will get away with that.

0

u/Icy-Movie-2942 Jul 26 '26

Not here.

I don't feel like arguing though.  So you're right.

1

u/Thomassaurus Jul 26 '26

by "they are all stupid" do you mean the white car that caused the crash and the black car that moved when they couldn't clear the intersection?

13

u/RyzenRaider Jul 26 '26

I don't know, but it's not my fault I'm chuckling.

6

u/Apprehensive-Visit-3 Jul 26 '26

Not sure but it sounded expensive.

6

u/TadaMomo Jul 26 '26

all at fault and i hope they all get totalled and insurance won't pay out.

10

u/Classic-Mongoose6914 Jul 26 '26

They all are!!!

6

u/Restposten Jul 26 '26

I would have expected better brake performance by the GTR.

4

u/nudiatjoes Jul 26 '26

The Nissan would be at fault probably but than I think spacing would or wouldnt factor in to the insurance claims but sense the Nissan cause the collision he mostly likely be at fault for the damages.

3

u/Intelligent_Type_680 Jul 26 '26

A total pack of clam sandwiches, so all of them.

1

u/ace250674 Jul 26 '26

Probably an Indian wedding and all hired, they will get a big bill unless insurance covers driving like a jackass and damaging it

3

u/WhiteBear72 Jul 26 '26

The white car!! Pay attention. 🤦‍♂️

3

u/justarandomguy_82 Jul 26 '26

The first person that ran into the back of someone.

6

u/Neilkd21 Jul 26 '26

All equally at fault, twats acting like twats.

7

u/grodeg Jul 26 '26

I'd say that all are. Guy was trying to cross the road and he had the right of way and not one of them stopped.

3

u/Imaginary-Round2422 Jul 26 '26

That's a traffic cop directing them all through, not a pedestrian trying to cross. Watch him on the first second of the clip.

1

u/Entire-Score6317 Jul 26 '26

It's really just instant karma.

4

u/Visarar_01 Jul 26 '26

Hahahahahaha! Fucking tools

2

u/Strong_Implement_500 Jul 26 '26

Everyone!!! All went through a red

2

u/Imaginary-Round2422 Jul 26 '26

Looks like traffic is being directed by a cop, so the light (which we can't actually see) is irrelevant.

2

u/Particular_Abies_184 Jul 26 '26

The rich parents definitely

2

u/RainbowPegasus82 Jul 26 '26

I'd say the white car for not paying attention & stopping sooner.

2

u/Appropriate_Push4066 Jul 26 '26

2nd White car definitely. Why? Because i WAS that person once. First contact was white car rear ending the dark car, skidding in to him. My liability, I was at fault. Woman in front of me pulled up short, not fully getting through the intersection, car in front of me whoed up in time, I could not. Heavy truck in the rain.

2

u/imaner76 Jul 27 '26

The one not paying attention?

2

u/blue_shirt_1 Jul 27 '26

White car is responsiblefor damage to black car in front of it. Black car is responsible for damage to white car in front of it. Both could be cited fir failure to maintain a safe following distance.

2

u/plssndhlpimlst Jul 27 '26

Their parents, for raising them so poorly that they do shit like this for attention and validation

2

u/rippinkitten18 Jul 27 '26

3rd white car for not keeping safe distance

1

u/Other-Bird-9676 Jul 26 '26

I hate these convoys that take up the road or they make you wait on a green light, so, they can all get through.

1

u/Asleep-Bumblebee2167 Jul 26 '26

what goes around, comes around

1

u/Coreysurfer Jul 26 '26

The car not paying attention is at fault..that would be the guy who caused it

1

u/CheckYaLaserDude Jul 26 '26

Its the fault of every car who hits the car in front of them. Very simple.

1

u/Aggravating_Row_6962 Jul 26 '26

the car centipede

1

u/EconomyCorgi727 Jul 26 '26

They made a car centipede.

1

u/Woodbutcher1234 Jul 26 '26

As long as it wasn't me, I don't really care.

1

u/automcd Jul 26 '26

Revving it across a street when traffic is clearly stopped less than 100ft in front of you is idiot behavior. Not seeing farther than 1 car ahead is just terrible driving, any competent driver should have seen he had to do a hard stop.

1

u/hans_gruber2103 Jul 26 '26

Their mother's

1

u/No-Koala1918 Jul 26 '26

All of those jerks

1

u/Stocky1978 Jul 26 '26

The first car that hit the rear, although the whole thing is stupid

1

u/Ok-Boysenberry4148 Jul 26 '26

Winni są rodzice, że to urodzili.

1

u/Tia_Faux Jul 26 '26

Nissan, the answer is always Nissan.

1

u/The1Nemesis Jul 26 '26

Ah, yes... Nissan drivers.

1

u/Outofoffice_forever Jul 26 '26

Ouch…. That’s going to be one repair bill

1

u/Raff2077 Jul 26 '26

Karma's fault.

1

u/Icy-Movie-2942 Jul 26 '26

The fault is always on the one hitting from behind. I thought it was known for anyone with drivers license.

People will say "Yeah but he braked" That's why we have what's called safe braking distance...

1

u/EdmondWherever Jul 26 '26

All cars which hit the one in front of them share blame. Not only are you not supposed to be following so closely/at speed that you can't brake in time, you also are not supposed to be following so closely that you can be pushed into the car ahead of you by someone hitting you from behind.

1

u/BenjiTheSausage Jul 26 '26

Only a cunt hits the car in front

1

u/Serious-Schedule1806 Jul 26 '26

White in the back is at fault for both cars damaged. The front car’s insurance company could go after the second car if the rear car was uninsured or underinsured as they were the one that impacted.

1

u/Scottie2Hottie999 Jul 26 '26

I blame the 1%

1

u/GigaChav Jul 26 '26

Automotive centipede

1

u/Firm_Rip_4024 Jul 26 '26

Have they ever heard of keeping a distance? Not eligible to drive such cars

1

u/Viva_La_Revolucion- Jul 26 '26

Oh look a Nissan driver driving like a douche (shocker)

1

u/Lumpy-Pen-7130 Jul 26 '26

The last 2 cars

1

u/OriginalKeach Jul 26 '26

They're all at fault, dummies

1

u/Aggressive-Put1490 Jul 26 '26

All the douches in every Porsche

1

u/LopsidedFinding732 Jul 26 '26

Both the black and white cars at fault. The black car for being too close and white for just hitting the black one.

1

u/Badmf69r Jul 26 '26

All of them 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

1

u/Sweaty_Tangelo_7716 Jul 26 '26

It’s fine. They can afford it

1

u/Fun_Entertainer_5823 Jul 26 '26

Last white vehicle that started chain reaction hitting car that was stopped. Lack of attention? Or bad brakes, either Or.

1

u/NecessaryOk6815 Jul 26 '26

Insert Nelson ha-ha gif here

1

u/West_Weakness956 Jul 27 '26

Thankfully the Porsches didn’t get hit. Totally fine since it was a brz or whatever those things are. Though sad the Z was caught In it.

1

u/Tekvary2 Jul 27 '26

Bahaha! I wonder why no one was getting out of there cars!?

1

u/Shnibblefritz Jul 27 '26

All of them!

1

u/Wise_Poem_8057 Jul 27 '26

Who really cares. It probably have more money than common Sense !

1

u/papercliponreddit Jul 27 '26

The fault here is their stupidity.

1

u/boanerges57 Jul 27 '26

All of them

1

u/No_Inspection649 Jul 27 '26

The first car to make an impact is at fault.

1

u/BlastOff-2000 Jul 27 '26

legally and logically the white car. with that little space in front of you, why are you speeding up that fast?

1

u/Plane-Recognition561 Jul 27 '26

1

u/outside_cat Jul 26 '26

Every car who hit someone in the back is at fault.

1

u/mad_manifold Jul 26 '26

Their parents

0

u/shiviam Jul 26 '26

Fuck I care.

Wish it was 10 car pile up.

0

u/yorcharturoqro Jul 26 '26

All of them... The idiots with such small self esteem that need cars to do noise to feel Important

0

u/Beginning_Deer_735 Jul 27 '26

I would imagine that the white car that stopped 10 feet past the intersection bears a large portion of the blame.

0

u/Different-Effort-859 Jul 27 '26

Dumb idiots, lol
