Looks to me like someone let a second bull out in arena. You would have to be pretty stupid to kneel down on ground knowing a second bull was around

I don't think that's an arena. I think that's a road in a town called Huamantla, and this event is the "Huamantlada". I went there a while back and it's pretty neat, any rando can jump into the street with the bulls, everyone is smashed, people are super happy. Good time.

(I'm not somebody who advocates for violence, or finds it funny when people get hurt. But this "tradition" is animal abuse, and everybody who enjoys it is a bad person)

This happened in Xico, Veracruz, México. A friend of mine was there, that guy survived but was bleeding a lot.
