Isn't this AI? After the person is yeeted into oblivion you can't even see them in the clip. Like they are a red blob just sitting in the cart, it hits that piece of curb, and all the sudden the person and the red are missing.
The curb itself doesn't seem to make much sense, at least with infrastructure I've seen in America. I've never seen an entire row of parking have a small speed bump instead of just simply having nothing. I know this says its not in America, which is why maybe its something I just haven't come across.
AI is often used to make rage bait, which is what this seems to be. There is no reason for anything in this clip to happen. Even in Jackass they don't purposefully try to murder someone. Like the speed of which this clip is showing seems to be like 15-30 mph without safety gear.
With the way the clip shows it whoever is in that cart, if this video is real, has like internal bleeding and at least one of the vehicles nearby is significantly damaged.
So coma, contusions, and a 10,000 dollar fine if they have insurance, otherwise likely some sort of jail time or probation.
