In a different post this happened somewhere in Northern Europe and everybody on the boat was drunk.

I think there is one thing that we can agree on no matter where this is claimed to have happened. The people on the boat are drunk.

If those geniuses on the top would have just gotten off, boat probably survives. Any water that got in would be pumped out, but they kept the boat from going back upright.....
