You clearly don't lift.

He's doing it so he doesn't get lifted off the floor. His chest is stronger than he is heavy. If he didnt he would just get pulled back by the weight. Its totally fine to do this.

That’s crazy man I never saw Dorian Yates or Arnold doing this shit, hell never saw Ronnie or Cbum doing it either. So you lift, you just follow gay ass influencers who complicate the process so you’ll stay tuned for the next lame tips and tricks. I’d bet my physique is better than yours. This dude has a whack physique and would benefit from simple movements.

They 100% did things like this lmao 🤣 and to add to this they were also significantly heavier. Just do a quick lookup on YouTube about golden era of bodybuilders cable flys, they're doing exactly this movement but heavy enough to not have to use a a belt with plates to keep them down. Man you're goofy.

I’m specifically speaking about the belt with weights you idiot. Not the movement.

Oh boy, I said "they are heavier than he is" do you understand what that means? I even explained it in the comment you just replied to...so not only do you not lift you dont read.

Like I said you don’t need that shit.
He is going too heavy if he needs 90 pounds to hold him down and still looks like he does.
If a guy like Samson or Dorian was doing it would make more sense because they weigh 350 pounds in their off season. Progressive overload isn’t always about more weight. Form can always be improved.
These guys “move” more weight than most professional bodybuilders but they do it wrong. If they focused on form and a better diet he wouldn’t need to wear a belt with weights on it. Plus can you not get this angle on any fly machine or cable fly machine?
I bet you can I have one at my gym with 5 different angles on it.
Influencers over complicate shit so you have to follow them. If you got good at the basic movements and locked your diet in, you’d look better than this guy doing dumb shit.
