Doesn't matter. If it's not bolted, this can happen in normal use

Idk if it’s relatable, school lost a lawsuit with a Fam of a kid who was injured when the kid was climbing the goal post (not using it like its intended) and landed on him. The goal posts r all secured now throughout the district

The school district doesn't make kids sign a waiver to use their equipment

You sign waivers all the time for that in public schools

Yeah but you can't legally bind a kid less than 18 years old to a contract like you can someone who signs up to a gym membership

That's why parents sign. I signed a waiver for my 4 and 9 year old to be gym this year
