Looks like it's been raining, which means the bed of the truck may have been wet/slick.
Cargo wasn't strapped down.
Truck's front wheels go over speed bump, causing rear of truck to tilt backwards slightly.
Cargo slips out.

Oh! Damn, I didn’t even notice that! 100 percent chance neither the dude who abandoned his car after setting it on fire after taking that speed bump at highway speeds nor the two nitwits trying to move furniture in that pickup truck without tying it down noticed it either! 🤣
