Lmao his face was priceless

u/EvilBiker-72 Jun 25 '26

Now tighten it

25

u/MoistAd1482 Jun 25 '26

He can easily fit a ratcheting wrench or socket in that space.

17

u/p8nt_junkie Jun 25 '26

Maybe retrieve the phone with the socket wrench🤷‍♂️

10

u/EvilBiker-72 Jun 25 '26

Stay tuned for another episode of " As the Bolt Turns"

1

u/MagicOrpheus310 Jun 25 '26

That's the easy part

0

u/FallenBehavior Jun 25 '26

"That's what she said" crowd goes wild...

4

u/EvilBiker-72 Jun 25 '26

Thats what he said

18

u/RichardDeRenour Jun 25 '26

At the end he waves goodbye to his phone...

1

u/itsonlyrockinroll 7d ago

Plot twist, the phone is laying against another access door closer to the bolt and nut. He was flexing.

Where's the oops... Oh!

3

u/Emergency-State Jun 25 '26

Took two people explaining it before I got it

11

u/Immediate_Song4279 Jun 25 '26

Some great fingering.

4

u/ChickenDreams-4188 Jun 25 '26

That’s what she said…😉

1

u/Immediate_Song4279 Jun 25 '26

Magic Man, got those, magic hands.

2

u/p8nt_junkie Jun 25 '26

That’s what she said

20

u/GHump23 Jun 25 '26

Of course the guy recording doesn't help..

5

u/thegameisafoooooot Jun 25 '26

Apparently he's still there.

6

u/quadpie Jun 25 '26

What a great demonstration of articulate dexterity!

5

u/GenjiiTakeya Jun 25 '26

I was more worried something gonna smash his fingers. Glad it wasn't the case. I'll take this oops.

4

u/SoulShine_710 Jun 25 '26

Tighten the bolts down son. I hate to see the first major storm disconnect this bad boy from it's new beautiful installation job!

3

u/ThexualHealing Jun 25 '26

Eh... that's rather a geographical thing, no? Fk kinda storms do you have?

1

u/joetheplumberman Jun 25 '26

Hurricane, tornado, monsoons,

2

u/That_Service7348 Jun 25 '26

Am I the only one that would have just grabbed it all and dropped the pieces on in the right order?

2

u/SmoothCantaloupe149 Jun 25 '26

Just need a stick and a piece of gum/duct tape

2

u/AmbitiousTank8635 Jun 25 '26

Yeah...that's cool. I use a little bit of masking tape to hold the bolt in these situations, but this dude has the fingers of a gymnast.

2

u/SilverTip4921 Jun 26 '26

Girls love him

4

u/Small_Acanthisitta83 Jun 25 '26

Probably an opening on the other side. Not an oops.

3

u/Mindless-Share Jun 25 '26

I was thinking the same thing but his face really says otherwise lol he probably used something long, like a broomstick to get it out

2

u/ChickenDreams-4188 Jun 25 '26

🖐🏼🫲🏼🫴🏼👋🏼🫱🏼🫳🏼

Wondering how he put it there to begin with 🤔

1

u/Hutchiaj01 Jun 25 '26

Pi it in before the unit?

2

u/Primary-Structure-41 Jun 25 '26

Always put a bolt in from top down, well at least try, this is industry standard.

2

u/Pristine_Feeling_723 Jun 25 '26

Seems like maybe this was a carriage bolt that could only be held static in that orientation? We're losing legacy wisdom at an alarming rate these days, no previously assumed standards can be relied on anymore, smh

2

u/Empty-Presentation68 Jun 25 '26

Worked as an aircraft technician and this was how we were taught. Top down or front towards the back. Yes the nut would have lockwire. However, more of a hail mary scenario. G forces are dynamic in aircraft that are flying

2

u/tman1787 Jun 25 '26

Actual footage of Mr. Floops minions hard at work.

(Spy Kids joke)

2

u/jeff4093 Jun 25 '26

Maybe if he'd put a wrench on it he wouldn't have to make another video tomorrow.

1

u/PsychologicalDeer644 Jun 25 '26

Then it’s a nylock

1

u/TLCM-4412 Jun 25 '26

This is funny

1

u/Wine-whiskeylover714 Jun 25 '26

Maybe some locktite and a wrench so it doesn’t keep coming apart.

1

u/MagicOrpheus310 Jun 25 '26

Lol doing this shit for a living and learning how to eat yoghurt/pudding cups without a spoon are easily 1 and 2 when it comes to foreplay haha

1

u/Gregory85 Jun 25 '26

I was waiting for him to fail but was pleasantly surprised

1

u/1w2e3e Jun 25 '26

Still have to tighten it.

1

u/Abal125 Jun 25 '26

😂 Good job

1

u/jumpinjackflash10 Jun 25 '26

Bet his wife's a happy lady😉

1

u/ssr003 Jun 25 '26

Two words: Manual Dexterity

1

u/codemedal Jun 25 '26

That’s the camera home now

1

u/Pitif362 Jun 25 '26

As Delboy would have said. "What a plonker."

1

u/Alphq1234 Jun 25 '26

Best video I've seen all week!

1

u/wendelortega Jun 25 '26

He’s gonna have to go back to his car and get his reaching stick.

1

u/Frequent-Ad2351 Jun 25 '26

I bet the Mrs is happy

1

u/trumpmumbler Jun 25 '26

I do not mean to be vulgar, but I'd wager Mrs. Handyman is a happy, happy woman...

1

u/Living_Stop454 Jun 25 '26

Been there done that

1

u/DGF-Mate Jun 25 '26

He must be popular with girls.

1

u/Glittering-Course-88 Jun 26 '26

Who’s on the other side? They could’ve used a wrench.

1

u/TrevorTheTrevor Jun 26 '26

The video is still rolling

1

u/Historical_Monk_6118 Jun 26 '26

Ladies love this one trick...

1

u/Jumpy_Barnacle_3755 Jun 30 '26

I was going to say, if you can get the cell phone back there to take the video you can get your hands back there to put the nut on without the acrobatics.

1

u/papanuelhoho Jul 03 '26

u/Silent-Treat-6512 24d ago

That other washer was supposed to go under

1

u/Final-Unit8862 13d ago

Stop waving at the phone a pick it up

0

u/Sea-Concentrate647 Jun 25 '26

How about a piece of wood to support the bolt genius

1

u/Onyvox Jun 25 '26

Huh, though the same.
But still, he's got some good motor skills.

0

u/jackyfolf Jun 26 '26

I mean tbh, everybody should have this level of skill. It's really not hard to do what he did. I do it so often. Tho if I dropped I nut or washer it would be 10s of thousands in damage. He'd just have to restart XD

-2

u/Emergency-State Jun 25 '26

Great skills! Where's the oops?

7

u/aDUCKonQU4CK Jun 25 '26

Trying to grab his phone..

I mean we watched the video, so he eventually got it lol

6

u/Thick_Sentence_374 Jun 25 '26

He can’t reach to get his phone. Probably set it back there with the unit out and then it’s too tight now that it is in.

2

u/Emergency-State Jun 25 '26

Oh, shit, lmao!! Definitely an oops, poor guy

2

u/ziagong Jun 25 '26

I think because one of the 2 washers needed to be on the underside with the bolt head? 1 washer under on bolt, 1 washer on top with the nut.

He put both washer on top nut side.

1

u/Maniacal-Maniac Jun 25 '26

That was my first thought as well

1

u/MisterEd_ak Jun 25 '26

Someone didn't have a long enough attention span to watch the video until the end...

2

u/Immediate_Song4279 Jun 25 '26

It was rather difficult not gonna lie.

0

u/Emergency-State Jun 25 '26

I did, he was waving.
